- Contribute to the improvement of Musical Education in the Country
- Contribute to the establishment, consolidation and enhancement of Children and Youth Symphonic Orchestras in Colombia
- Promote and assist other musical projects of a public character in Colombia whose aim is to achieve social integration and mobility.
- Establish a network of Children and Youth Symphonic Orchestras operating in mutual cooperation and integration and thus contributing to the promotion of joint projects.
